In June 2009, Homes and Gardens magazine published an article on one home owner’s restoration of her apartment to provide a sense of Victorian grandeur. With a mix of the modern with the old, this included the commission of a bespoke dining table and chairs by Jonathan Markovitz. The article is available here.


In October 2008, American publication Style Century Magazine published an article on bespoke furniture makers in the United Kingdom, showcasing the work of three bespoke furniture designers and makers, including Jonathan Markovitz Furniture, The Edward Barnsley Workshop, and David Linley. In addition, Jonathan Markovitz’s work has been featured on BBC Television’s Home Front programme, during the restoration of an Arts & Crafts-era home.


Jonathan regularly contributes to the community of fine furniture designers and makers, and has had several other articles published in relevant magazines.
